I've finished an accounting of what I sold at the Kenilworth Artists Association Open Studio Tour - and I am so thankful for the support and interest! 31 pieces sold, some that I've had in the studio for over a decade, but that I always liked and that now have good homes! Thank you very much and I hope to really see you next year, when COVID is hopefully just a bad memory. Alright, back to replenishing the inventory.

It has been delightful to work on these four paintings (at once) of the spring blossoms of the flowering dogwood. They will grace the wall of a historic home in Charlottesville, VA once finished. I am so grateful to the commissioner - what a wonderful way to enter into spring. May you all be safe.

"Homegrown Peonies" Commission completed! 20 X 20" oil on canvas. These were my mother's favorite colors! It's humid here in Asheville today so this may take some time to dry, but it will be on it's way soon enough. I'm thinking a large painting of one of every flower in my garden may be up next.
