At this time, we only ship to the United States. If there is a piece you must have and you’re outside of the U.S., please email Catherine here: catherine@catherinetwomey.com


Delivery Delays or Issues

If you believe your shipment has been delivered incorrectly or delayed, please reach out immediately to catherine@catherinetwomey.com . We are happy to follow up with carriers to get a more detailed status on your shipment or investigate a lost package so that it can be promptly delivered to you. 


Local Pickup

We are unable to offer local pickup at this time.


Lost or Damaged Order

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately (within three days from delivery date) if there are any damages. Please take a clear photo of the damage and email it to us here: catherine@catherinetwomey.com and include a description of the damage. A replacement of comparable value will be sent to you free of charge.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within three business days. Orders are shipped and delivered within the work week. We will communicate with you if shipments are delayed, especially around the Christmas/New Years holidays. At those times, please order early and allow additional days in transit for delivery.


 Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds

All sales are final.  We accept cancellations on orders that haven’t been shipped yet. Contact us for more information at catherine@catherinetwomey.com

Shipping charges based on the item and your zip code are added to your order when you check out.


Shipping Times

Standard Domestic shipping is from 3 to 5 business days.

Taxes are based on the items details and zip code. They are added at checkout.
