"The Gathering" shows of my favorite views from the Pisgah Inn along the Blue Ridge Parkway; juried into the UpMarket Gallery Exhibit in Asheville, NC. I was intrigued by the diners as well as the stunning sunset - what a perfect way to end the day. The theme: "“Art from the Heart” explores what happens when artists lead with emotion, intuition, and honesty. Whether born from joy, grief, resilience, curiosity, heritage, or imagination, these works on display reveal the stories that live beneath the surface. The theme is intentionally open-ended to allow artists the freedom to submit the pieces that feel most meaningful to them — the art that reflects their true vision, their lived experiences, or their personal creative journey."
